Out of the Ordinary

I went to go and visit the the exhibition Out of the Ordinary at the V&A museum.
I was entrigued by this exhibition before I went because the name made me feel that I was delving into unknown. I was expecting something unusual.
The exhibition displayed work by Susan Collis, Olu Amoda, Annie Cattrell and many others.

This piece by Annie Wilson is a textile technique which she pinned in place thousands of tiny black lace, crochted thread and netting. This piece inspired and informed me in alternative ways of representing information. The whole artwork to on the form of a detail map.
